Terms of Service

SHIPPING: I will ship out within 3 business days of payment. If you need your item faster please contact me. I do combine shipping. On single patterns, each additional patter will be 50cents. Contact me about combining other items.

INSURANCE: All purchases of $15 or more include shipping insurance to ensure your items safe arrival.
Upon shipment, you will receive a receipt showing the delivery confirmation/tracking and insurance numbers.
I package well but things happen in transit. In the event your item is destroyed, lost or damaged during the shipping process, a claim must be processed in order to seek reimbursement.
Please notify me if an insurance claim has to be filed, so I can help with this process to ensure you get the best from your shopping experience.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described. Each item is thoroughly inspected and described accurately, to the best of my ability. If you have any problems please contact me ASAP
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be for the cost of the item not including shipping. With some exceptions.
YOU MUST CONTACT ME WITHIN 10 DAYS of arrival.
The item must be returned in the original condition before payment will be refunded. Delivery confirmation must be purchased for return trip.
